About Pat

Pat is a qualified hypnotherapist and auricular acupuncturist, and she uses other complementary methods to enhance her work. She has a strong belief in using natural solutions to problems wherever possible.

Before becoming a therapist, Pat was a teacher and then a Headteacher for 17 years in London.  She has had many years experience in counselling people in both of these roles and her main interest has always been in helping people.  She also has a Certificate in Counselling Skills and has worked in a Rape Crisis Centre in Canada. 

Pat is able to treat many conditions using hypnosis and acupuncture, but she specialises in the treatment of relaxation for childbirth, fertility, weight loss - both by the very effective Gastric Band Hypnosis system, which is gastric band (surgery in the mind) hypnotherapy and also by conventional hypnotherapy (for those people who do not wish to believe that they have a gastric band fitted), menstruation problems, pain relief, relief of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and smoking cessation. Therapy

Mobile therapy is offered throughout Kent and most parts of London and some parts of Essex.

Gastric Band Hypnosis or Hypno-Band (Surgery in the mind for the gastric band), is offered throughout Kent and also London, as well as those areas mentioned below.

As Gastric Band Hypnosis can be offered in a one intensive day session lasting 5 - 6 hours, we are prepared to travel anywhere within Kent or London, AND ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY if a suitable room can be offered for this.  If preferred, the treatment can be offered over 4 - 6 sessions either on a mobile basis throughout Kent and London, or at one of the clinics mentioned below.

(Accessible to Bexley, Bromley, Lewisham, Greenwich, Blackheath, Orpington, Dartford, Gravesend, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, Ashford, throughout Kent, South East London and parts of Essex.)

CLINICS are currently held in Northfleet and Orpington.
